Challenge: Signing the Groupon Merchant agreement is a process typically done electronically using a computer. Sales reps were often hearing from business owners that they did not have access to a computer at the moment or were too busy to review the contract. This caused delays in receiving contracts back and prevented campaigns from launching in our marketplace.
